Morning Eating Habits to Help Your Weight Loss Program!

After my morning devotion, my early eating habits are designed to keep weight gain at a minimum. The first thing I do is drink a straight glass of water, or water with fresh lemon juice squeezed in it.

This is natural fuel for the body and will do much better for your health and digestion processes than an early-morning cup of coffee will ever do. While you may be addicted to coffee in the morning , there is nothing like a morning glass of water for good health benefits.

Also, I find the lemon juice clears my throat of flem. Also the vitamin C in the lemon juice will also chase away many colds that are trying to attack you especially after a winter’s night’s sleep.

Also, every other morning I add garlic extract to my morning drink of water. Garlic extract is just natural garlic that has been squeezed into a liquid form.

Garlic extract is a natural antibiotic. Taking garlic extract on a regular basis can do wonders for your health. In fact, if you will take it regularly, depending on your general health, you can eliminate most, if not all colds that you generally encounter.

I have told that to so many people who don’t take my advice. Yet I watch them routinely fall victim to seasonal colds and flu viruses while I will go through the whole winter months, without taking a flu shot or any cold medications and never experience one cold symptom. I credit much of that to simply taking garlic extract on a regular basis, a glass of lemon water and a half of small Apple in the morning.

The simple habits do wonders for your weight and health. Water reduces your overeating. Lemon promotes increased digestion. Garlic as many natural health qualities.

It will not affect your breath like when eating garlic cloves and it only takes five to 10 drops in your juice or water in the morning.

I personally drink water hourly when I remember. That is not quite necessary for most people but water is like a lubricant for your body and if you can get unhooked from soda, coffee (and other sugar dosed drinks) you will eventually find that water is very satisfying.

But it might take a while for you to wean yourself from the sugar and caffeine overdoses that your system is routinely accustomed to.

Secondly, I will eat a real bran muffin. If you will make an effort to put a “real” bran muffin in your daily schedule it will improve your digestion process significantly. It is better than eating a daily sugar doughnut or pastry.

If you don’t like a muffin early in the morning try it when it suits you. Depending on your digestive needs, it can be good to eat 2 bran muffins a day, one between breakfast and lunch and one between lunch and dinner.

I prefer early in the morning because it helps my digestive system to start evacuating early right when I need it. A good working digestive system is like having a good working engine in your car.

I. usually eat a brunch (late breakfast) instead of a regular breakfast. But for most people, breakfast is essential and as long as you avoid the killer food additives and try to eat foods that give quick energy, you will be more mentally sharp in the morning.
