Is There a Way to Eat Junk Food without Gaining Weight?

Can you learn to eat junk food the right way, without guilt and without producing much of the common side effects that include weight gain and obesity?

The answer is yes and it is no!

Eating real food (naturally whole food) can keep you healthy and will also be your best pleasurable way of enjoying food. If you don’t think that’s true it’s probably because you have been eating processed food so long that 1) your taste buds crave and are addicted to the drugs of processed foods and 2) and you probably are among many who have never eaten real foods.

When you have tasted real food on a consistent basis you will realize how much you have starved your body of a decent meal and of good nutrition. “The proof is in the pudding,” when you feel better than you’ve ever felt before!

Sometimes you may go to a restaurant and actually have when you consider a good nutritious meal and think to yourself, “Wow, that was a good meal” ! But don’t bet on it, if you’re eating at a $.99 hamburger joint or a swanky upscale restaurant, 99% of the time you are eating food than has additives that are drugged to make you feel good.

You can continue eating junk food, but if you learn to make your own it will taste better, you’ll enjoy it more, and it will provide better nutrition and health in both the long and short run.
And don’t worry about being tempted to going to all your favorite fast food joints, because when you are eating real food, dead food loses its appeal! And remember, you won’t be eating all those chemicals and drugs that are just coaxing your mind to eat more!

Why do you think it’s called the “Food and Drug Administration” (FDA)? Because the same drugs and chemicals are in both pharmaceuticals and food! Do you think it was done by accident?

If you are out and need to get a bite to eat quickly, there are items that you can buy that have real food in them.

You can also carry some items in your car like your own bread, salad dressing and other condiments that you know are safe. I know that sounds extreme but something as simple as that can prevent you from being extremely dead and can your grades prematurely!

The FDA or your friendly neighborhood as would restaurant is not going to ensure that you keep healthy and live a long and strong life. Something as simple as using your own dressing can make a significant difference in just one year if you use salad dressing on a daily basis.

If you buy a chicken burger, take the meat and use your own bread and condiments, and throw the rest to the dogs while you’re driving down the next Alley!

If you don’t think you can break the fast food habit, perhaps you should “read the Fast Food Nation, and watch the documentary, Supersize Me! After you have finished throwing up, be glad that you are hearing the truth now,” says author Kevin Trudeau. Trudeau is currently in prison for questionable practices, however some of his written work is valuable.

[Trudeau says that fast food should be called] “fast good tasting poison”, ….. , “it is designed to increase your appetite, make you physically addicted, and purposely constructed to make you obese”

If you eat 15 meals per week in the fast food restaurant, you have a 90% chance of getting cancer, heart disease, diabetes, acid reflux, obesity, potentially dozens of other diseases. Avoid fast food at all costs.

However, there are more and more fast food and slow food restaurants that are being more conscientious to serving healthy foods. You just need to know how to make the right choices.

On the other hand, if you will make your own fast food at home, you’ll avoid all the food additives, steroids, hormones, pesticides, chemicals, and other poisons they serve you. You can mimic their burger, use real food for real nutrition, get an overwhelmingly better taste and enjoy all the pleasure without guilt!

After having eaten my own homemade fast food hamburgers, french fries, pizzas, tacos, etc. high rate my own fast food better tasting and more enjoyable.

And you might also want to take into consideration that in our current day and age, despite all the technology and health improvements; greedy, dishonest and “could care less” people are in charge of many fast food places. So you’re always taking your health into your own hands. If you do go out, pay attention to the kitchen.

Just for example, in Los Angeles a particular ethnicity of food (which I won’t name) was found to have the dirtiest kitchens in the city. They had everything from workers smoking in the kitchens, roaches crawling in the food, fly eggs found in 85% of the salad bars and other violations.

Also, be aware that chicken and probably other meats are now being sent out of country where they are processed cheaper and then by the time they are sent back to your fast food chain they are already spoiling. It’s sad, but you just can’t trust anybody anymore.

Make sure you know the reputation of the fast food places you decide to frequent.

There is a way to eat junk food without gaining weight is smart choices when you go out to fast food restaurant. You can do better if you learn to make your ow at home.
