Killer Food Habits to Avoid That Cause Weight Gain!

Simply by avoiding “killer foods” you can limit the causes of weight gain.

What are killer foods?

Any food that is partially or completely filled with processed non-organic food. In other words is not supplied by nature.

Western food is so laced with poisonous “nonreal” food additives that it only takes a year or less to make your health go spiraling down.

If you don’t believe that yet, try eating pure junk food from your favorite junk food restaurant at least two times a day for a month’s time.

If you are still alive, let me know how drastically you’re health has decreased! So, if you simply avoid killer foods you will notice a significant improvement.

However if you want to go a step further, here are basic changes that can help.

We are all biologically made up a little bit different so this might not be the best plan for you, but you can use it as an example.

First, you can find out what foods are good for your specific nutritional needs just by experimenting and see what affect they have when you eat them. This is easy to do. Good food will make you feel good and bad food will make you feel bad. That’s as simple as I can explain it.

Also doctors and nutritionists can do simple tests to show deficiencies in your body’s nutritional needs. This is a good plan to do on at least a yearly basis if you can.

This way you can spend a lifetime feeding your body the exact nutritional needs for optimum health. Secondly, you can also determine the foods to avoid.

Most people don’t need fancy diets, special diet pills, or any other gurus diet plan.

While other people are sucking on their third cup of coffee in the morning just to keep their mind awake; you could do more work in the course of the first three hours of the morning then they do the whole day.

As in any other discipline; there is power in the practice of consistency. If you have a difficult time being consistent in your daily eating habits there are ways to solve that problem.
